About Me

Dana M. Gill

Dana is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-Hour) and Certified as a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher.  She is a self-proclaimed health and wellness enthusiast with a passion for helping people tap into their true potential and achieve their goals. 


Her own health and wellness journey began in 2014 when years of unmanaged stress manifested in her physical body as digestive issues and adrenal fatigue. This experience was the catalyst for her quest to find mind/body techniques to facilitate a more peaceful and balanced life.  Meditation, yoga, and time in nature are her “medicine”. Inspired by her own healing journey, she is passionate about guiding others on their own path to personal freedom. 


As a teacher, Dana offers classes and workshops focused on bringing awareness to the mind and its effects on the body by targeting stress, cultivating self-love and compassion, and embracing the pursuit of pleasure.
